Day 1: Casablanca – Rabat.
Once you arrive, our driver will meet you at the airport, then drive to Casablanca city the largest city of Morocco. You will visit Hassan 2 mosque, then continue to Rabat. At your arrival, you will visit the old Medina of Rabat, with its stone and white washed buildings. Then continue to visit Hassan Tower, and Mohammed V Mausoleum. After a while, you drive to your hotel for dinner and night.
Day 2: Rabat – Meknes – Volubilis – Fes
Breakfast, and drive to Meknes. At your arrival, you will meet your local guide and visit the Medina “old city”, and Bab el Mansour. You will also drive to visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis (the finest archaeological site in Morocco). We will also pass by the village of Moulay Idriss to arrive at Fez, dinner and night.
Day 3: Fes
After your breakfast, you will meet your local guide, then visit the old Medina of Fez, and souks, the medina is encircled by an unbroken line of ramparts and gates. you will also visit the school of Attarine, The Nejjarine fountain, and the decorated mosque of El Karawyine, then back to our riad.
Day 4: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Midelt (265 km)
After breakfast, you will leave Fes by driving towards Ifrane, a beautiful European village, named as “the Switzerland of Morocco”. Then to Midelt. During our day trip, we will discover the Middle Atlas. you will stop at the Cedar forest of Azrou to see the monkeys and continue driving to Zaida for lunch break. Sometime in the afternoon, you will drive to Midelt for overnight.
Day 5: Midelt – Errachidia – Ziz Valley – Merzouga (240 km)
After breakfast, we will start our journey to Merzouga via the Middle Atlas. You will travel through the fascinating Tiz Ntalghamt pass and the Ziz Gorge. Enjoying the mountains views. We will have lunch in Errachidia, and enjoy the Berber hospitality. Afterwards, you will travel along the luxuriant Ziz Valley, stopping for panoramic views along the way to the desert dunes. At our arrival at Merzouga, we willl check-in for our hotel rooms include dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Merzouga ( Desert journey )
After breakfast, you will make the great tour of the dunes passing through the 2 oases of MERZOUGA, the nomadic deposit along the desert routes, the town of KHAMLIA (town of the blacks) the MIFISS mines, the desert dishes, at meeting of the barbarian nomads of the desert, the TISSARDMINE oasis, and return to the hostel at 3 in the afternoon for the departure of their caravan in dromedary in order to attend the sunset in the dunes.
You will spend the night in a wild oasis located 1 hour and a half away in full desert.
Night under the Berber tent.
Day 7: Merzouga – Todra gorges – Dades Gorge
We will get up early in the morning to see the incredible sunrise over the dunes and then return to your hotel in Merzouga.
After breakfast, we will leave for Todra Gorges and Tinghir, which is one of the highlights of the southern plateau that divides the High Atlas of Jebel Saghro, where there is a crystalline river that emerges from the deep ocher and pink rock formations that offer A spectacular landscape and great photographic opportunities, we will continue to Boumalne for dinner and overnight in a hotel.
Day 8: Gorges of Dades – Skoura – Ouarzazate
After breakfast, we begin our journey along the road of 1000 Thousand Kasbahs, since there are enormous kasbahs on both sides of the road. Some of those old fortified houses are restored but unfortunately a lot of them are ruins. We pass through Dades valley and go up to the mountainous area through an off-road trail where many Berber villages and few nomads living in caves, here we will have the chance to visit one of this families and take a look at their daily life and their main activity Looking after herds of goats sheep . We will be impressed by the landscapes of the colorful rose valley before we reach Skoura palm grove. 45km further, we reach Ouarzazate for the dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 9: Ouarzazate – Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou – Taroudant
After breakfast, we’ll drive to visit Ait Benhaddou Kasbah. The largest Kasbah in Morocco, was built by Ethami El Glaoui. One of the Berber chieftains during the beginning of the 20th Century. Our tour continues to Taliouine, the capital of Safran in Morocco, you will have the opportunity to visit the Safran co-operative. We should arrive at Taroudant in the afternoon, here you will see the ramparts and walk within the small alleys in the Medina. Dinner and night in a hotel.
Day 10: Taroudant – Agadir – Essaouira
After breakfast, we will depart to Essaouira passing by the city of Agadir. Our first stop will be at Agadir, a resort city. We will walk at the Promenade and have lunch, then continue continue driving to Essaouira . The coastal road offers beautiful views for the Argan trees. here we will see goats climbing the Argan trees chewing the leaves. We will arrive at Essaouira by the afternoon. Dinner and night in a riad.
Day 11: Essaouira
After breakfast, we will go on a guided visit to explore the city. Visiting Skala Fortress, the port, the souks and see Thuya wood carved by artisans. We will also walk in the Medina to discover hundreds of handicrafts. During our journey in Essaouira, we will enjoy a relax time at the cornish the city and walk along the old wall of the cornish. Includes lunch at one of the local restaurants. After a while, we will drive to hotel for the overnight.
Day 12: Essaouira – Marrakech
After breakfast, we will depart to Marrakech. During our journey, we will have the opportunity to see the women’s co-operative of Argan oil. where they extract the oil that is famous for its culinary. After several in the way to Marrakech, we will check-in for our riad. After a while, we will go to visit Jamaa El Fna square.
Day 13: Marrakech
After breakfast, you will meet your local driver who will take you for a guided visit to Koutoubia Minaret, then walk to visit the Saadian Tombs, and the Bahia Palace. You will also visit the old medina with its the markets, and the famous Jamaa el Fna square where we will see the storytellers, dancers, snake charmers After a while, we will drive to our hotel for the overnight.
Day 14: Marrakech – Casablanca Airport
According to your flight timing, we will drive back to Casablanca to catch your flight home.
